-The Texas Legal Services Center recently launched the Family Help Link, an online referral portal designed to connect Texas families with legal aid organizations specializing in child welfare issues. The Family Help Link was developed in collaboration with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Texas Advocacy Project, Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, and Disability Rights Texas.
